    OH MY GOSHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
    I LOVE AVATAR!!!!!!
    Ok, enough of that.

I think the teaser trailer looks okay. I wish that I had gotten to see Katara… also I noticed in some of the movie stills that you can barely see Zuko’s scar. I know they tried to make it (and Aang’s tattoo) more realistic, but I’m still not sure I like it. And I don’t entirely trust M. Night Shymalan… he’s had some real flops in the past, but I really, really hope this movie series isn’t one of them. But then, the most successful director in the world would still have trouble with it. The animated series was so good I don’t even know why someone would feel the need to make it live action. Meh.

On a different note, Ganxingba’s new A:TAS episode came out! I adore A:TAS.

    Farscape. YEAH.

  1.

Avatar? Zuko’s hott… Other than that… I dunno, I never really thought it was that amazing…
House is a wicked TV show, but I wouldn’t say the bestest… I’ll have to think about this… ;)

  2.

Doctor Who. If only for Human Nature/Family Of Blood.

Avatar is awesome, but Doctor Who is awesomer.

@MDC – I cried in those episodes. There’s this one point where the Doctor is being so… stupid and human, and then the boy opens the watch and there’s all these images of the Doctor being awesome and… I just got overwhelmed and had a good cry. Then I cheered when he came back. Yay Doctor!

  3.

I don’t have one, but my half-sister is in love with the Battlestar Galactica remake.

  4.

BSG was a good show… up until the finale.

  5.

The best show still airing new episodes is Lost, no doubt. But if we’re talking ever… maybe the Sopranos. The best show in the future will be ASOIAF.

I was sad when watching The Green Death. The ending is very touching, if you can get past the condomaggets and assorted ridiculous and embarrasingly awful special effects.

Avatar is ridiculously awesome, but may be surpassed by AGoT.

    Death Note. Is two words.

Did you hear about the upcoming American-made film? It makes me annoyed that they’re using American actors, in an American setting, ignoring the perfectly serviceable Japanese one.
I hope that the “Zac Efron as Light” rumours have no truth.

He doesn’t strike as a douche. He strikes me as so hip sometimes he has trouble seeing over his pelvis, so cold he could keep a slab of meat good for a month, and according to Eccentrica Galumbits he’s the best bang in the galaxy since the big one.

    Numb3rs (Best. TV show. EVER!!)
    Firefly
    The Big Bang Theory
    NCIS
    Criminal Minds (though gory)
    The Mentalist
    The Vicar of Dibley
    Chef!
    Are You Being Served?
    Keeping Up Appearances
    Blackadder
    Waiting for God
    As Time Goes By

It’s funny: when you have fewer channels, you have more favorite shows.

EDIT: I knew I forgot something. Fawlty Towers as well! Hang it, any and all British comedies on PBS.

Wait, whaaaaaaaaaaaaat? They’re making another Death Note movie? What’s wrong with the other one, L was adorable!

And I don’t get how you could have the same story if it’s not in Japan. I know parts of Death Note didn’t happen in Japan, but the basic/original story starts and ends there and usually stays there. Plus then there isn’t all sorts of interesting things about Light’s name and with what characters it’s written.

    You like British humour?

If this is directed at me, yes. If it is not… yes. I also love British mysteries, like Inspector Lynley (LynleyxHavers FTW!) and Miss Marple. The are so much better than cop shows in the US (except for the ones I love, like NCIS and The Mentalist). Actually, almost anything the Brits do is better than what we crass Americans come up with. Hell, I prefer speaking in a British accent to my American one.

It’s been going on for a while. Slowly but surely he changed from the neurotic, but kept-together detective in morning, who just happens to have OCD into this zany off-the-wall character who has a fear of everything, and changes from caring to jerk-off in about three seconds.

Plus, there’s the episode when he joined a cult. He was convinced to let some guy rub charcoal on him, and touch him in about five minutes of sweet talking, despite the whole built up fear of touching people.

  23.

WHAT? Aww, that was my favorite show… D: He’s no good if he doesn’t have OCD anymore…
