  1.

To wit, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies as well as The Host.

I just won’t have time. Weep for me, my pretties.

  2.

    Noooo!

I wanted you to review The Host. My friend has been asking me to read it for a while and I didn’t know if I could. She was like, “No, it’s good!”

  3.

    I also own The Host… I can’t help it if I used to be a Twilighter…

  4.

    Then you review it!

  5.

OK, I’ll do Host and Breaking Dawn.

  6.

    :D Really?

  7.

I own and have read every book by Smeyer, except I don’t own New Moon.

What? I was a very thorough Twitard.

I own all of Smeyer's books too, from my Twitard days. Except for Eclipse.

I bought Breaking Dawn a few weeks after it came out, and by that time I was an anti-Twilighter who wanted to read it just out of morbid curiosity.

Well, I actually liked it, but I don’t think I’d do its flaws justice. SMeyer’s definitely improved, though there are a few things (such as girls shrugging off abuse, huge depictions of lust (though nothing graphic), some girl lying about her age so she could have sex with a guy earlier, etc.)

It’s not very sci-fi, but that didn’t bother me. And apparently it has a very slow plot. But stuff like that never bothers me, so I don’ t know that I’m the right person to do it. I should post what I have of my review up here. But somebody else can review it.

  9.

Yes, you post, then I (or someone else) can do my (their) own.

  10.

    This needed its own topic?

And what about Graceling? Is that open too?

  11.

DrA: yep. That’s me, cluttering up the forums.

    Kyllorac: go for it!
