When I NEEEEEEEEED LOVE
I hold out my HAAAAAAAND and I TOOOOOOUCH LOVE
I never knew there was so MUUUUUUUCH LOVE
Keeping me warm night and day!
Dear Gods, get it out of my head!
The Naked and Famous – Girls Like You
^Really?
Fantastic Baby – Big Bang. (Yes, it’s stuck in my head now. I shouldn’t have watched it again…)
Still As Ever – sung by Lee Hongki. He has a really nice voice, I think.
^Really?
What do you mean by that? :c
Also, thanks for mentioning Big Bang. Now I’ve got Bad Boy stuck in my head again.
“My lay lay lay lay lady… My lay lay lay lay lady…”
What do you mean by that? :c
Oh, nothing, it’s just that to me, it’s not catchy at all. It’s a nice song though, especially when Gikwang appeared towards the end. XD

No problem.

Sometimes when I hear his voice (not necessarily on this song) I wonder how it came out of his skinny little body. D: But it is glorious all the same.
Anyway, the song that’s stuck in my head at the moment is “Cold” by AZIATIX. I don’t mind though, because Eddie Shin’s vocals are pretty amazing.
Come to me, Cosette,
The light is fading…
:melts:
:(
Thanks a lot, Taku.
sniff
I’VE GOT SOMETHING IN MY EYE THAT’S ALL.
OMG, you guys.

Parody of the opening number of Beauty and the Beast, inner-suburban slum style.
I Love You by 2NE1
Metronomy – The Look
I wake in the morning and I step outside
And I take a deep breath and get real high
And I scream at the top of my lungs, WHAT’S GOING ON?!
Listened to it for 32 minutes straight last night, and only stopped because I went to bed…
Bad Boy by BIGBANG
This is the catchiest song I’ve ever heard. Its been months since Spanman first introduced it to me, and it’s still stuck in my head day and night.
Scream by 2NE1
Crystal Castles – Empathy
Everlong by Foo Fighters
Got songs from Mulan stuck in my head. If its not “Honor to Us All,” its the Man Song.
Unfortunately, I have We Are Young stuck in my head. I am not a fan of this song. It has a catchy chorus, but honestly, I just can’t get past the first part of the song, which… well, sort of supports abusive relationships. It’s like “oh yeah, I injured by girlfriend so much she has an actual scar, but I feel bad about it, so that makes it totally OK.” I know it’s just one line, but it really, really bugs me.
^ I HATE that song. It was on 1000000000 times when I was working on the physics boat (we were listening to the radio).
I Write the Songs, Barry Manilow.
...it’s kind of a joke between me and my Dad but it’s stuck in my head and I hate it.
Bilbo! Bilbo Baggins!
The bravest little Hobbit of them all!
GAH.
Bilbo! Bilbo Baggins!
The bravest little Hobbit of them all!
DAMN YOU.
But here’s my number, so call me maybe!
It’s back.
Greensleeves.
I’ve been playing it nonstop on both guitar and piano for the last few days. Such a brilliant piece of music. So much more melancholic than today’s bullshit teen angst rock.
Doooooooo WEEEEEEEEEEOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO WEEEEEEEEEEEEOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Doooooooooo dooooooo dooooooooooo, dooooo do dooooooooooooo, do doooooo do dooooooooooo
Last Japan – Settle Down
^^Curse you Puppet for getting that song stuck in my head now. :P
TOMORROW
TOMORROW
I LOVE YA
TOMORROW
Umbrella by Epik High
Epik High is definitely one of my favorite artists of all time.
Happy Ending by Primary
I can’t stop listening to this song.
When Can I See You Again—Owl City. From the Wreck-It Ralph soundtrack.
Visitor – RnB
Despite a sappy title and weird snippets of dialogue, for some reason I can’t stop listening
Lithium by Nirvana
Cambodian songs I found out about when reading up on the Khmer Rouge massacre.
Greensleeves.

lol. Sometimes I’m surprised (and alarmed) at some of the things I’ve written
Jessie’s Girl.
THANKS A LOT, NEUROTICPLATYPUS.
J. Cole – Crooked Smile ft. TLC.
Best rap song I’ve heard in AGES.
THANKS A LOT, NEUROTICPLATYPUS.
:D
At least I’m listening to the proper one, not the horribly mutilated “Glee Cast” version.
Uppermost – Satellite
I see ya drivin round town with the girl I love and I’m like
FUCK YOU
JEEEEEEESUS CHRIST
JEEEEEEEESUS CHRIST
WHO ARE YOU WHAT HAVE YOU SACRIFICED
Roar by Katy Perry
I hate this song. Its literally been stuck in my head for a month now.
It feels like that song is on every time I turn on the radio. I don’t even listen to the pop stations all that often, even…
I read somebody’s LOTR themed parody of “One Day More,” and now the tune’s stuck in my head.
MY BLOOD RUNS COLD
MY MEMORY HAS JUST BEEN SOLD
MY ANGEL IS THE CENTERFOLD
(angel is the centerfold)
goddamn it J. Geils Band
Why don’t you do right…
Like some other men doooooo…
- Jessica Rabbit.
The Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl theme song. And Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring by Bach.
Everything by Mannheim Steamroller, but that’s just because I started listening to all of their music on Thanksgiving and haven’t stopped since.
Just heard Counting Stars for the first time.
OH MY GOD YES YES YES!
Just heard Counting Stars for the first time.
How? it’s unavoidable.
My radio has been broken for 3+ years, you forget. I usually catch up to pop music about a month behind as it percolates through the internet.
Internet is faster than radio, try again.
I Think I’d Better Leave Right Now, especially the cover sung by Toni Warne on The Voice UK.
I got 99 problems but a caboose ain’t one.
Portishead – It Could Be Sweet
I looooooooove the bassline.
For some reason, I imagine Zoe from The Shambling Guide to New York as being played by Anna Kendrick so maybe that’s where it comes from?!
Hm. Yeah, I could kind of see that.
And speaking of The Shambling Guide, are you listening to the podcast of the sequel?
The Great Pretender, by The Platters.
Yes, I know Freddie Mercury did a cover of it, but surprisingly I think his wasn’t as good as the original.
@Apep Now I know what your name means! Or at least someone who shares your name. (O_o) I’m still on book one, but I’d love to listen to the sequel once I’m done. It’s set in New Orleans right?
I was using this screen name looong before that book came out. I assure you, it’s just a coincidence (though I did write a review of it for the site). The sequel is in New Orleans, but it’s taken about five chapters/episodes to actually get there. Not that important, plot-establishing, world-building, character-developing stuff wasn’t happening in those chapters.
I figured as much! I actually bought the Kindle version of the book because of that review. So many thanks!
You’re welcome!
Also, if you’re at all inclined towards writing, I recommend listening to Ms. Lafferty’s other podcast, I Should Be Writing. She’s even doing daily NaNoWrimo mini-episodes for people who support her on Patreon.
Get Fly – Atmosphere
“I’m coming, I’m coming, I’m coming of age”
Heard “Walk of Life” by Dire Straits in a tv commercial.
